How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 30 minutes after placing the order. We will process your order cancellation request within 24 working hours. After the cancellation is successful, the refund will be returned to your payment account. Depending on the payment method, the refund arrival time is also different. The general processing time is 1 to 2 working days (please contact us if it is overdue). If it takes more than 30 minutes, because the order has been processed and the package cannot be recovered, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand.

Return request

  • The vaneless fan will be worn during operation, which will shorten the service life of the product. Therefore, the return requirements of such products are that they can be returned without use, and the product surface is free of scratches, damage, and pollution.
  • Humidifier products belong to family privacy products. When returning, it is required that there is no unknown liquid, no odor, and no use trace inside.
  • The fan belongs to durable goods. When applying for a return, it is required that it should not be used, be free of damage, and pollution, and the price tag is not removed. It must not affect the secondary sales status. At the same time, all original packaging and accessories will be returned.
  • If your order has been invoiced, you need to return the invoice when returning it. If the invoice cannot be returned due to the customer’s reason, you will not be able to return the invoice, and the adverse consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by yourself.

If you need to return or exchange goods, please keep your shipping list and ensure that your order meets the return and exchange standards. You can contact customer service to return the goods according to the following steps:

  • Fill in the reason for return and replacement. Please explain the products you need to return and exchange, the reasons for return and exchange, the quantity of return and exchange, the description of return and exchange, and upload the voucher.
